It makes me very angry to know what companies will try to do in order to take advantage of people. Now not all of them are like that, but most of them are. I have always told people to arm yourself with knowledge. Yes, knowledge is power when you are dealing with things such as this.
I make no secret to those whom I do business with that I read up on just such things and those who are honest and go by the law have nothing to worry about from me or anyone else. Maybe this is why I own everything I have including my home. I saved and paid cash for everything because I saw this hard economic time coming several years ago.
I want to pass on a portion of you civil rights for civil remedies and procedures. Since I am not a lawyer of government official all I can do is point you in the right direction. It would be against the law for me to post the actual law anywhere else but where they have it. And please remember that each state law is different. This is for South Carolina. Howdy Guru, what made you want to write on ur rights for civil remedies and procedures | Upstate S.C. Today? I was wondering, because I have been thinking about this since last Thursday.
I wrote this because so many people are being taking advantage of by not knowing there rights under our state law with regards to consumer’s.
